Next, who's next?

My life is like the Healthy Chinese Cart outside SHM. I have become a stalwart of Yale, welcoming people from all walks who queue in lines to partake of "healthy" or in actuality, healthier food. When they are done and in need to move on, I am forced to say goodbye, and inherit the next in line.
Tue Feb 3
Dragon Fruit at Huntington Beach.  Little beknownst to the common man, is Little Saigon.  LA is host to the largest population of Vietnamese outside Vietnam.  Located in Westminister, CA a half hour drive from downtown LA, its a little slice of Vietnamese heaven.  Theres pho, there’s Bahn Xeo, three colored drink, and fruit, lots and lots of exotic fruit, just like the one above.  Dragon fruit here, in the US, is expensive and hard to find.  I was lucky enough to find one when I traveled out west and happened to stumble upon this tucked away little enclave of Vietnamese.  In order to travel in Little Saigon, you need a Vietnamese with you, they know all the secret treasures that only Vietnamese are allowed to know.  My trip paid off when I was able to sample Sour Sop, Durian, Jack Fruit, Star Fruit, Dragon Fruit, Rambutan, Mangosteen, and Guava.  Dragon fruit was not my favorite, but definately the most beautiful.
